Jurassic Waste is a comprehensive operations management platform designed specifically for waste collection, recycling, and facilities management businesses. Our mission is to streamline the entire workflow—from quote generation to job completion, invoicing, and compliance documentation—so that operators can focus on what matters most: delivering excellent service and growing their business.
Built for waste management professionals, our app handles the full lifecycle of a job. Whether you're collecting mixed waste, managing hazardous materials, providing facilities maintenance, or operating a skip rental service, Jurassic Waste provides real-time job tracking, GPS fleet monitoring, automatic invoice generation, and comprehensive waste transfer note (WTN) management. Our integrated pricing engine learns from your disposal costs and travel times to provide intelligent quote suggestions, helping you win more business while maintaining healthy margins.
The platform serves small to mid-sized waste operators, independent contractors, and fleet managers across the UK. From domestic customers booking a one-off collection to trade partners with recurring bin servicing, Jurassic Waste adapts to your business model. We support multiple revenue streams—collection, disposal, HIAB services, bag collections, and facilities management—all managed within a single, intuitive system.
Jurassic Waste is built by a team of waste industry veterans and software engineers who understand the operational challenges you face daily. We've spent years working alongside waste managers, drivers, and office staff to design a tool that actually works in the real world. Our team is committed to continuous improvement, regular updates, and listening to our users to shape the future of the platform.
Beyond the core operations platform, Jurassic Waste includes a customer portal for transparency, a mobile driver app for field operations, automated email integrations for purchase order and bill processing, and compliance reporting to keep you audit-ready. Every feature is designed with simplicity and efficiency in mind—because managing a waste business is complex enough without struggling with your software.
